The newly renovated premises are spread over 2 floors. In the lower area there is a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, with enough space to sit together in a relaxed atmosphere. There is also access to the terrace and the park. the bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and dryer can also be found there.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, also a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Another bedroom is on the upper floor.

All bedrooms are furnished with double beds.

There is an additional bed in the living room.
